We went to Moses Lake to wish Nathan a happy third birthday. The ride over was a nightmare. Kenzie lost her DVD privilege early on. As far as punishments go, that was about as dumb as they come. For the rest of the trip she was on a rollercoaster of emotions…excited to see Nathan…bored…excited to see snow…irritable …bored…sleepy…excited that she could irritate her little brother…filled with “why’s” of a typical 3 year old and…bored.

I'm happy to report that the kids were on their best behavior on the ride home.
